Analysis
Amongst the entire developments in Desa ParkCity, The Ridgewood is indeed the most exclusive ones so far. It is adjacent on the edge of a hill which overlooking lush greenery of the park and well-arranged Desa ParkCity neighborhood. Besides that, there are only 30 units available.
Would you fork out RM3 million out of your pocket to get yourself a semi-detached home or you will go for a bungalow instead? I think the answer is quite clear; most of us would go for a bungalow around Damansara and Taman Tun Dr Ismail instead of The Ridgewood. But if you really like to stay in Desa ParkCity and have deep pocket to own one, you should go for it. Even though it is not the best investment, the price will surely appreciate in the future. The Ridgewood is also considered one of the best landed house developments in Desa Parkcity.
