Analysis

Many have invested in properties in Section 20 as most of the terraces here are still affordable despite these houses have leasehold title. However, some have also commented that prices of the properties in Section 20 hardly go up that made people think twice to buy these homes for investment. Nonetheless, Section 20 is still considered a convenient area to call home as residents can also travel to other parts of town as they can reach the Federal Highway with ease using Persiaran Tengku Ampuan.
