Villa Seavoy is easily accessible via Jalan Pahang and Jalan Tun Razak. Analysis

While the completion date for Villa Seavoy is not known, the upkeep and maintenance of the property seems to be above par. The management seems to be very keen and meticulous with the cleanliness. It is no brainer that almost half of the units are constantly tenanted. At the moment, mostly tenanted by expatriates and American Association Society.

Daily rental is also available at Villa Seavoy. As of August 2014, the daily rate starts from RM550 and the units can be booked directly from the official website. Although daily cleaning costs an extra RM80 per session, they do offer twice weekly complimentary cleaning. It is also said that the management offers a complimentary shuttle buses to Kuala Lumpur City Centre.

Even though Villa Seavoy is located close to the Duta – Ulu Klang Highway (DUKE), there is no exit road from the highway to Jalan Pahang. However, the access to the highway’s entry point (for both directions) are just five minutes’ of driving away.
