SouthLake (also known as SouthLake Terraces) is a terrace house development in a gated and guarded community. It is another jewel nestled in Desa ParkCity. It comprises of 291 units of 2-storey and 3-storey terrace houses with built-up size at 22×75 and 20×75. It was launched from RM590,000 for 2-storey terrace and RM770,000 for the 3-storey terrace.

This residential is located on the south side of the township right besides Zenia. Desa ParkCity is beautifully structured with numerous amenities for its residents needs. Analysis

SouthLake is well designed in terms of layout and facade. Unlike previous ones like Nadia and The Ridgewood, SouthLake’s facade looks more modern. It does not have courtyard like Safa does, thus making it having larger built up. Besides that, it has more top-down glass window and door that brings lots of natural lighting and makes the house airy. The front porch is quite large. As there is no pillar there, it is possible for a resident to park up to 3 cars.

Investment wise, Desa ParkCity houses including SouthLake are priced way above most terrace houses you can find. They are even more expensive than houses in Bandar Utama and Taman Tun Dr Ismail. So, unless you are considering this for own occupancy, there is very limited potential for the price to escalate further. SouthLake is also considered one of the best landed house developments in Desa Parkcity.
