In view of its location, the pricing of Park Rose seems reasonable as it is located in Bangsar, a prime area with access to various amenities minus heavy traffic jams, although the roads along Jalan Telawi and Jalan Maarof may get congested during peak hours. If you are accessing Bangsar from major highways such as the KL-Seremban Expressway, you may find that the traffic jam here is not as bad as compared to other areas.

Park Rose is ideal for expat living and those who have an eye for luxury, as it is also close to private hospitals such as Pantai Medical Center. Several golf clubs are also within close proximity, such as the KLGC and KGPA. The Sri Selangor Golf Club is also not far from this property.
