Pantai Tower is very conveniently and strategically located close to loads of commercial hubs and buildings. Adding to that, it offers high privacy to residents due to its low density factor. Because of these reasons, it is loved by the locals to call this place home.

Previously, Pantai Tower was already run down and bad in shape. But the management has taken action by splashed a new coat of paint on the building, upgraded its lifts and changed the water tanks.
