Analysis

Casa Vista looks new and elegant. This is due to the major refurbishment done on the condominium. On the inside, its facilities are very well maintained and the garden is beautifully landscaped with lush greenery and garden accessories. It is truly an amazing and comfortable environment, coupled with its first class security. There are also ample of car park spaces available for the residents and visitors. The residents of Casa Vista consists of mainly expats and some locals. You would find Germans, Americans, British, Australians and Japanese residing here.

Driving around Bangsar is a headache during peak hours, especially at present due to the MRT project works. One will normally be stuck in traffic jam along Jalan Maarof and Sprint Highway starting from the Jalan Maarof exit coming from Damansara Heights. But luckily Casa Vista has got two entrances, one in Jalan Penaga and the other in Jalan Kapas.

Residents can actually walk to Bangar Shopping Complex (BSC) in a matter of minutes when coming out along Jalan Penaga.
