Analysis
Calarosa features squarish typical layout. Indeed, some people claimed that the rooms especially the master bedroom are small in size even though it has 24′ × 75′ lot size compared to the others such as Alissia with 22′ × 75′. The reason for this being Casarina has balconies front and back that consume its lot size while the others do not come with balcony.
Compared to the others, Calarosa sits on high elevated ground. Hence, the residents have taken the opportunity to turn it into a guarded community with a small fee charged to the each house.
Besides that, Calarosa and Palermo are the benchmark price in the area as it has the largest land size than the rest – with approximately 7% to 10% above the other terraces. Calarosa is also considered one of the best landed house developments in Ara Damansara.
