Berkeley is badly positioned near to the TNB power line which is sited on the North side in between Ara Damansara and Tropicana Golf & Country Resort. This may expose residents to several health problems including migraine, breast cancer and brain cancer to name a few.
However, Berkeley enjoys the exclusivity having the nieghb0ours of Tropicana Golf & Country Resort homes and Ara Hill. Perhaps, this is one of the main reasons why the price of Berkeley is so cheap compared to the other developments within the same phase.
