Analysis

Even though Berjaya has indicated that the development of KM1 is to be launched by the end of 2010, this condominium has not been officially launched. It is only to be launch starting 21st March 2011.

It is confirmed that the developer will launch another development next to KM1 in the future. This will definitely be good news for investors as the next launch will help to boost KM1 development; but bad news for residents as it will increase the area density.

KM1 is well surrounded by nice and green surroundings of Bukit Jalil Gold & Country Resort and Bukit Jalil Recreational Park. However, this condominium is not built with balcony. KM1 is also considered one of the best luxury condos in Bukit Jalil .
