Many commented that Jalil Sutera is a nice place to call home, with a gated and guarded environment, residents can enjoy a peace of mind. However, some residents have commented that the security fee is a bit high which is about RM250 considering the fact that most residential developments only need to pay about RM100 for security in the same area.
