Analysis

The Residence seems to be a good buy now due to the up coming MRT station is just less than 200 metres away. The latest development next to TTDI MRT will be launched at approximately between RM1,000 – 1,200 psf. making The Residence a very good buy for future appreciation when the MRT is completed. Though it is located in a prime area, the main entrance to this development is quiet and wide, compare to the busy and narrow road of Plaza TTDI which is just next to it.

In terms of its layout, its smaller room has very limited source of natural lighting. But on the overall of the layout, each space is well proportioned. Nonetheless, it comprises of narrow and huge balcony which is quite pleasant.

If you prefer low density living this is a good condominium for your consideration as it is located in a matured township with limited land left for development, yet near to major amenities and easy access to major highway and public transport. If you like nature, one the the top recreational park in KL (Taman Lembah Kiara Recreational Park i) is located in TTDI just minutes walking distance away.
