Analysis

The developer of Z Residence, Trinity Group, is previously known as Trinity Towers. It has become a boutique property developer since its incorporation, in 2004. Being about eight years in the market, it already has two completed projects, namely The Heron Residency and PT19 Residency, both in Puchong. Adding to that, the developer is currently building The Zest, and has a total of over 37 acres of landbank in UEP Subang Jaya, Taman Melawati, Bukit Jalil, Cheras and Klang.

From its design, Z Residence looks very crammed. One has to choose to either face the KESAS highway (which will overlook KLCC and KL city centre skyline), the swimming pool (which is also facing another huge block), or the Bukit OUG Condominium. Traffic congestion is a norm in the area during peak hours. It is hoped that the proposed LRT line (with a station to be located within walking distance) and the proposed access roads will soon be real and completed in 3 years time as claimed. The Z Residence is also considered one of the best luxury condos in Bukit Jalil .
