Analysis
Most people gasp whenever they see the tag price of The Northshore. But putting location and price factors aside, the condominium offers better living experience as it is surrounded by lush landscaped park and amenities. Nonetheless, the township is well-known of its tranquility and peacefulness.
In terms of pricing, there is potential for the price of The Northshore to escalate further, as landed properties around are going for almost RM1 million at least. Not only that, comparing it to Mont Kiara’s and Bangsar’s condominiums, most of the latter are priced at around RM700 psf and above; thus it is not impossible for The Northshore to tap RM700 psf after completion.
