Analysis

Sunway South Quay is set to be self-contained, due to the commercial buildings that will be built around the lake. In essence, it will be similar to the Mines Resort where there is an international school, shopping mall, convention centre, and housing all around a lake and its off-shoot canals. However, Sunway South Quay is set to be better than that since the facilities are much better than the Mines area and Sunway has its reputation to uphold as a master builder.

Sunway South Quay is a stunning residential and commercial development that is perfect for those who love the Bandar Sunway area. It is a safe investment due to the fact that it is close by to so many well-known landmarks and a private hospital located within several minutes drive away from Sunway South Quay. The only negative point is that the surrounding area have traffic jams. On a positive note, the area will be serviced by an upcoming Bus Rapid Transit (BRT) and Sunway’s free shuttle bus.
