Analysis

Sri Menanti is an apartment sandwiched between high-end residential developments of Ara Damansara and Saujana. Hence, most of the eateries and amenities nearby are top class which are good for some people, but not for the residents. However, residents will definitely enjoy being able to reach such great amenities within a short trip.

The roads heading to all the highways are very notorious during peak hours. This is due to road bottle necking along Jalan Lapangan Terbang Subang (heading to NKVE and Kelana-Subang Link) and FAS tunnel towards LDP.

Besides that, the traffic congestion is also contributed by the high volume of cars coming from Kg Melayu Subang, Kota Damansara and even Denai Alam some that use Jalan Lapangan Terbang Subang to access NKVE and Federal Highway.
