Setia City Mall is the first retail mall in Setia Alam, Shah Alam sited right besides Sunsuria 7th Avenue and fronting the Central Park. This RM450 million (GDV) development is developed by the renowned SP Setia, and together with the Asian Retail Investment Fund (investment arm of international property developer Lend Lease).

Setia City Mall is scheduled to be completed in first quarter of 2012. The 2nd phase of the mall is scheduled to commence in 2014. Conveniently located at the centre of thriving 4,000 acres of Setia Alam township development, this 3-storey retail mall will have approximately 700,000 sf of net lettable area which will accommodate 11 major retailers and 230 speacialty stores.

There are 4 anchor tenants at Setia City Mall so far, namely Parkson that will comprise 120,000 sf of department store, Golden Screen Cinemas that will has 9 screen cinema with 3D screen technology, Wangsa Bowl for bowling and Harvey Norman, the global renowned furniture and electronics retailer.

Besides that, there are lines of F&B outlets in the mall and a food court. The shopping mall is complemented with a 10.5 acres landscaped park.
