Setia Alam is a township located in Shah Alam, spread over 2500 acres of freehold land. It is divided into 3 precincts respectively called Precinct 6 (Setia Damai), Precinct 7 (Setia Indah) and Precinct 8 (Setia Idaman). It was developed by Setia Homes, a member of the SP Setia.

Within Setia Alam, there are 3 types of houses that can be found, mainly 2-storey terrace or link houses, while the others are apartments and semi-detached houses.
