Analysis
Properties within Shah Alam are comparatively more affordable than most other places within Selangor. In spite of the fact that most developments within the area are matured and some even worn out, several new developments have been seen sprouting out. Some might speculate that it is only a matter of time until the increase in prices would spread to Section 24.
Being served by several major highways, Section 24 is in fact, not too far away from most of the key neighborhoods such as Petaling Jaya and KL City Center. A short drive, normally between 15 – 20 minutes, will bring commuters to these neighborhoods.
Another contributing factor would be the low density, which somehow equates to fresher air, reduced pollution and higher degree of greenery. For those who are tired of the hustle and bustle of city life, living further away, such as in Section 24 might prove to be more enjoyable and peaceful.
