Analysis
PT19 Residency neighbours two condominiums at both ends. Due to this, the airflow in the area might be not very well. Besides that, it also neighbours numerous villages that makes it lacks of exclusivity. Residing in Puchong, traffic congestion is the main concern of the residents. As almost all new developments here relying on Damansara-Puchong Highway as the access road to prime areas, the traffic congestion seems to get worse every single day. Perhaps with the new LRT line to Puchong in the future, it will ease the traffic.
From the tag price, PT19 Residency is undoubted to be a great investment. As a semi-detached homes in uchong has already sky-rocketed to RM800,000, the market will surely be welcoming bungalows for at least RM1.5 million.
