Prima Damansara comprises of 5 blocks of low-rise condominiums with a total of 100 residential units. The condominium features greenery landscape with walkways that link the apartment blocks. In addition, it is preferred because of its beautiful resort-like swimming pool.
Damansara Heights is a desired neighborhood for its exclusivity and expensive properties. Most residential here are quite old and very expensive. It is also strategically located in between Sri Hartamas, Mont Kiara and Bangsar. It is also within 15 minutes away from the KL city centre.
Next to Prima Damansara is the built Istana Negara (Royal Palace). This will certainly hike up the price for this condo, if it has not already done so.
