Analysis
So far, the developer is very quiet about the launch of Nucleus even though the news has been the talk of the town since last year. Some investors claim that the service apartment and Soho will be launched at RM1,000 psf – based on Surian Residences launch price at RM600 psf, and its location which is within walking distance to Mutiara Damansara commercial hub and the proposed LRT factors.
