Analysis
Mutiara Bukit Jalil is an exclusive and low density area with affordable, spacious 3-storey homes. It sits on freehold land, and is spacious enough for a large family to reside in. Freebies such as the fitted kitchen and 8 free air-conditioners are always excellent to have. However, there are a few disadvantages, such as there is a light industrial park right in front of Mutiara Bukit Jalil. The 2 entry points are in front of the industrial lots, which may be a problem for some people. It is also ex-mining land, which is why the lake or ex-mining pond exists. Mutiara Bukit Jalil is also considered one of the best landed house developments in Bukit Jalil.
