Analysis
The most highlighted aspect of Menara Public Bank is that it is located across the road from KLCC. Without this landmark, the building will probably go unnoticed among the many other tall structures surrounding it. However, its design does stand out and despite being quite aged it still look rather attractive, especially at night with the lights on.
One major downside is that Menara Public Bank is located among probably the busiest road in Kuala Lumpur, which is Jalan Ampang. The vast amount of buildings and offices located along this road contributes to the massive amount of motorist using the road every day. This road is also the major link between the city centre and Ampang which increases its usage.
A plus point of this situation is that a lot of public transports are available to help reduce the traffic. One can easily take the LRT to the KLCC station and walk across the road to get to Menara Public Bank.
Besides that, one can also choose to get off at either Ampang Park LRT station or the Bukit Nanas Monorail station and take the RapidKL bus to the area. Since KLCC is a major tourist attraction, taxis are also available around the clock.
