Megan Avenue 1 is said to be among the cheapest decent office suites one can find in the city centre – which is one of the reason why it is almost fully occupied at most times.

However, Megan Avenue 1 looks crammed in between of futuristic skyscrapers surrounding it. With a few more upcoming modern skyscrapers such as Acadia Residensi, Megan Avenue 1 will definitely look old and out-dated.
