Analysis

Mayang Court is rather too old to stay and invest in KLCC enclave. It lacks all those modern amenities and features that people are craving for. However, it has its own charms that make it preferred by a few. First and foremost, its price and rental rate are low – making it affordable for local executives to stay within walking distance to their office. Its location is also very strategic and most claimed that the area is not as busy as other area where it is rather quiet and peaceful. However, there are not many fascinating views from the units. KLCC view is entirely blocked by Avenue K. While other views are blocked by D’Mayang, Menara CMY, The Meritz and Corus Hotel.
