Analysis

Kiaramas Danai is breezily located on elevated ground, 420ft above sea level. Every unit will definitely enjoy splendid views of Genting Highlands and the hills to the north, Damansara Heights to the south, city centre to the east and the lush greenery of the Bukit Lanjan forest to the west.

Due to mushrooms of sky-rise condominiums within Mont Kiara, it is hard to get a unit with nice and undisrupted views nowadays. Hence, Kiaramas Damai should be a good option if you really wanted to have nice views from your bedroom.

However, if you should, avoid the south view since the building is too near to Sprint Highway, which is just about 120m away. Not only you will see the damn highway every day, you will also be ‘entertained’ by the sounds of all the vehicles passing by.
