Indah Court provides a golden opportunity for those who are on a tight budget to live within close proximity to the abundance of amenities. Probably one of the cheapest property within the vicinity, the apartment, albeit aged, is reasonably comfortable.

Indah Court may prove to be able to yield decent return from rentals as well, considering the close proximity to UTAR and Sunway University College. Sourcing for tenants will not be difficult as there will be many students who are looking for a cheap accommodation close by to their college.
