Analysis

Nestled in Tropicana, residents of Idaman Villas have to suffer bad traffic congestion everyday to get into Persiaran Tropicana, the only road access for residents to travel places. Persiaran Tropicana is a very congested road nowadays, even though the 4-lane tunnel was just opened several months ago. This is due to the closure of Jalan Tanjung at Bandar Utama.

Hence, all residents from Tropicana and Tropicana Indah have no other better road access rather than to utilize Persiaran Tropicana. There should be another access road that leads to Ara Damansara, but up to this date, the road is still close.

There are NKVE Highway and Petronas and Shell gas stations adjacent to the residential. Those units which are near to these are priced the cheapest among the total units. Hence, if you hear a bargain unit in the market, it is most probably the unit affected by them. Idaman Villas is also considered one of the best landed house developments in Ara Damansara.
