Hartamas Regency 2 is another condominium that stands next to its brother, Hartamas Regency which is also developed by the same developer, PJ Development Holdings that also developed Endah Puri and Laman Oakleaf. One can easily access to Jalan Duta, Jalan Hartamas and Jalan Kuching. Via these main roads, you can reach Bukit Damansara, Petaling Jaya and Kuala Lumpur within minutes of driving. Besides that, it is also located near to MATRADE, Kompleks Kerajaan and Plaza Damas. With DUKE highway will open its access on Jalan Duta anytime soon, it will surely benefits the residents for more route options to more destinations.
For the single units, there are 5 different designs featured. All units are designed with 3+1 rooms with two rooms are attached to a bathroom and a powder room. Even though Type E is the largest among others, it comprises a spacious living but small master bedroom. As for duplexes, the best would be Type I as it comprises a long balcony and large open air terrace. Hartamas Regency 2 is also considered one of the best condos in Sri Hartamas.

Analysis
One of complaints made by the an owner is defects found on the property. He claims that the developer delivered bad workmanship and cheap furnishing as the walls and tiles cracked. Not only that, he claims that he had a burst pipe that ruined the plaster ceiling.
With many units built-up for Hartamas Regency 1 and 2, plus other condominium residing nearby including Duta Tropika and Duta Nusantara, it would create high traffic congestion in near future. It will be getting worse as The Icon condominium will be constructed in near future. Furthermore, the plot in front of the condominium which coded as K3 will definitely mushroom a new development at any time in the future.
Not only that, it is also located near to high tension cables. Thus, residents cannot enjoy much of great views of Kuala Lumpur city and greenery of hills much.
Additionally, PJ Development did not have good track record in terms of property management. This is evidenced by poor property management from their other developments including Kyoto Garden, Endah Ria, Endah Regal and Endah Villa.
Besides that, most people agree that Hartamas Regency 1 and 2 are among of the ugliest condominiums in the whole Mont Kiara and Hartamas due to its color combination scheme. Considering most of new developments in Mont Kiara are well furnished with urban and modern color themes, both of Hartamas Regency condominiums are painted with colors of the 1990’s.
As for investment, the condominium is overpriced due to its location which is said to be in Mont Kiara vicinity and its ultra-modern features. This condominium is not a favorite among expatriates as it is quite far from the international schools as other condominiums which are truly in the Mont Kiara vicinity even though most of the units were owned by foreigners.
