Analysis
The developer of Green View Villa has been very secretive on the pricing of these homes, as they are sold as build-then-sell (BTS). We are guessing that the price would be about RM1 million due to its large land size and modern façade.
However, this exclusive residential is lacking of security. It should be sited within a gated and guarded enclave as it is surrounded by villages, and Klang is infamous for break-ins and high crime rate.
