Glenpark is favored by many due to several factors including low density, near to amenities, well design, and served by extensive network of highways. As in 2010, a unit here was tagged at about RM500,000 and nowadays, it is currently priced at about RM630,000. It was priced from RM280,000 (for 20’’x 75’) and from RM303,000 (for 22′ × 75′) by the developer. Even though Glenpark is located next to TTDI Jaya, it does not expose to flash flood as TTDI Jaya, because it is sited on higher elevated land.
