Flora Murni is nestled at the most strategic spot in Mont Kiara vicinity, as it is located opposite Garden International School and behind Plaza Mont Kiara. Being strategically located near Mont Kiara hot spots, traffic congestion is expected. Traffic jam is usually worse before and after the school periods, as loads of cars and buses stop and park on the roadside to pick up and drop off students.

Being the first residential development project by Tian Global, Flora Murni is well received by the public thus gaining public confidence on its leader Datuk Loy Teik Ngan, who is the eldest son of the late Tan Sri Loy Hean Heong, founder of the MBF group of companies.
