Analysis

Enclave Bangsar is a well-designed, well planned, top-end development that is highly exclusive and therefore, very expensive.  Traffic within the residential areas are good even during peak hours, as Bangsar as a whole has relatively low people density. The area is highly sought after in terms of rental due to its central location, and there are many upmarket condominiums nearby as well.
