Analysis

A portion of the units within Desaria Villa are under contract with LimKokWing University, which is renting them out to students. There are also certain units being designated as guest units to accommodate parents, guardians, and visitors of the students. There is little chance of renting units to MMU students simply due to the distance, and there are plenty of better options. The students staying at Desaria Villa are generally content with the management, as there are many amenities setup for their convenience.
