D’Aman Residence is the third phase of Calisa Residences which was developed by Masteron in the vicinity of Puchong. Analysis

D’Aman Residence is a development by Masteron, a firm which also completed several other projects such as Koi Legian, Koi Tropika, K Kinrara and Koi Boulevard. The first 2 phase of this project are sold out entirely and the 3rd phase is expected to be successful as well. Located in Puchong, one of the prominent township in Klang Valley area, this development are surrounded by ample of amenities.

As for the early bid promotion, buyers of D’Aman Residence will be offered complimentary 3 air-conditioners, 2 water heaters, kitchen cabinets and wardrobes fixed in their units. The upcoming LRT in Puchong will also add more value to the properties in this vicinity. However recently, there are a lot of debates about the integrity of the developer, because the developer continually delay the signing of SPA. This causes a lot of complaints and dissatisfaction from buyers. D’Aman Residence is also considered one of the best luxury condos in Puchong .
