Cahaya SPK in Section U9, Shah Alam is an integrated resort township featuring a mix of both residential and commercial properties, educational institutions and recreational parks. Phase 3 is dubbed Park Link Villas @ Precinct 3, and it features a mix of 92 units consisting of 2-storey link semi-detached houses, semi-detached houses, and linked bungalows. The semi-detached units were originally priced at RM520,000 with a built-up area of 2,667 sf, while the semi-detached units were originally priced at RM648,000 with a built-up area of 2,960 sf.
12 acres of land have been dedicated to the commercial part of Cahaya SPK. This development incorporates a mix of shops and office towers. There are many facilities available at Cahaya SPK.
