Analysis
If you are looking for a sweet spot to live with a very high level of privacy in Bangsar, this is a place for you. However, as Bangsar Villa is directly facing the bustling Jalan Maarof, home meditation is almost impossible here, as you will have to suffer noise from the traffic every single minute.
It is very hard to find a unit in Bangsar Villa, since the number is very limited and most residents are owners themselves. The price has not appreciated much though for the past couple of years, and expect to pay for something similar to Bangsar Puteri or Menara Bangsar – which both are deemed better than this condominium.
