Analysis
Previously, Atilia is just a normal terrace development – not within a gated and guarded community. But due to security concern, the enclave is fenced, the security guard post is built and CCTVs are installed. All these are done by the Residents Association.
Just like the rest of residences within Ara Damansara, the price of Atilia has appreciated a lot. Atilia was priced at about RM400,000 soon after it was completed. The price has doubled in just 6 years. However, Atilia is among the cheapest residences one can buy in Ara Damansara. Some newer developments such as Calarosa and Palermo 2-storey terraces are usually priced at 7% to 10% higher than Atilia. Atilia is also considered one of the best landed house developments in Ara Damansara.
