Analysis

Up to this date, the project of Acadia Residensi has not commenced yet. There were rumors saying that it will be launched back then in 2008, then early 2009, but still, it is not happening. The indicative price is about RM2,000 psf which is proposed back then in 2008. Local investors are still eying on this development and waiting for the launch, as they feel like this condominium will be very unique and iconic. It is not just because of the design, but also the green element combined with the modern design.
