Analysis
Unlike Tan & Tan previous developments, 6 Stonor is going for an en-bloc sale for RM500 million. According to its executive director, Teh Boon Ghee in 2008, there were many foreign investors interested to purchase it for en-bloc. This might be true as the developer has not launched the project for public ever since.
Last report heard from the developer regarding 6 Stonor was it is put on hold as the developer is eying on investment in the property markets abroad, pushing for the Garden All-Suite Residences and North Office Towers, as well as other in-going developments, such as 20 Ampang Hilir and 3 Desa Pandan.
