The price of Taman Amanputra is indeed very appealing for a landed property. Most claimed that the area is serene and the community is united. It is a good house option for the ones who are working in Cyberjaya and Putrajaya vicinities with a limited budget.

Even though that there has been great price appreciation enjoyed by Cyberjaya developments lately, it seems that prices within Taman Amanputra have not increase by much. The price is indeed quite stagnant, and there were few units found in auction market from time to time. Perhaps, this area will boom once the planned and on-going developments in Cyberjaya have completed.
